Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our cause through pay.msfthavanurconstituency.com. Please review our refund rules below.

1. General Rule

All contributions are final and non-refundable as they support charitable/community initiatives.

2. Exceptions

• Duplicate Payment: Accidental repeated contributions
• Technical Error: Amount debited but not recorded on our system
• Fraudulent Transaction: Unauthorized payment using your account

3. Refund Request Process

• Send an email to msfthavanoormandalam@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
• Include contributor name, transaction ID, date, amount, and proof (screenshot or bank statement entry).
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.

4. Lucky Draw Specific

• Once a contribution has been used to issue a lucky draw coupon, it is non-refundable, even if you later withdraw participation.
• If a draw/event is cancelled, we will communicate the resolution, which may include rescheduling or other remedies at the organizer’s discretion.
